Sponsored by Stepy's Coaches. The League was founded in 1976,
then playing with only 24 Teams in two Divisions, since then it has
grown to 64 Teams playing in 5 Divisions, Premier, First, Second,
Third, and Fourth. The League is Affiliated to the Durham County
Football Association, and is the biggest Senior League in the
County. Teams that play in the League come from three Counties County
Durham, Teeside and Tyne & Wear. Teams in the League play for the

League Cup ,Racing Promotions Trophy, Durham Driveways Trophty,
Stepy’s Coaches Trophy, Durham City AFC Promotions
Cup, Ramside Hall Hotel Cup Winners Trophy, along with the Castlebank
Butchers
Fairplay League. Competitions outside of the League that Teams form
the League enter are the Durham County Football Association Sunday
Cup,The Carlsberg Trophy, Durham Hospitals Cup, Durham CIU Trophy and
the Bishop Auckland Heart Foundation Cup. The Leagues web site is
