Club
Select the name of the club you want to add a team to or if you want to create a new club, type the name and press the return key.

Division
Select the division you want your new team to compete in or type the name of the division and press the return key to create a new division.

Add Team
When you have selected the club and team, press the Add Team button; this will generate a new team for the selected club to play in the selected league.
