When you have decided to get a template based web site for your team, click here and print out the order form and return it to us.

The page can contain the following information:

• The team name
• The league name
• The manager name
• The coach name
• Any team sponsors - including links to the sponsors web site
• Details of the team strip
• Directions to the teams ground - including a link to display a map of the surrounding area of the ground
• A list of the team players and their positions
• The latest news about the team
