Software Licence Agreement

1. Grant of Licence: This licence agreement permits you to use one copy of SportsToday Results Service Software on a single computer.

2. Copyright: The software is owned by SportsToday Limited and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Other than for the purposes of personal backup you may not copy or transfer the software.

3. Software Media: You may have downloaded the software or received it on a CDROM. Regardless of the differing media on which you received the software this licence only grants you use of a single copy.

4. Restrictions of Use: It is a requirement of the continued use of the licence that you regularly and accurately maintain your data file on the SportsToday Web site. The software provides you with the ability to upload your results data to the web and you must do this on a regular basis so that the data held in the web is current and accurate. If, for any reason, you fail to maintain the concurrency and accuracy of the uploaded data then your licence to use the software ceases and becomes null and void.

5. Definitions: "Accurate" means that the data truly represents the teams which play and their results for the current season. "Current" means the data must not be more than 10 days behind the actual games played.

6. Support: Support is limited to telephone support during normal office hours (Mon-Fri 9-6), email and Web site information on the www.SportsToday.co.uk site.

7. Limited Express Warranty: SportsToday warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with functionality described in publications by SportsToday for a period of 90 days from receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability:: The maximum liability of SportsToday and your exclusive remedy under the express warranty is the return of the price paid. Any warranty is void if the software is misused or used outside of the terms and conditions.

9. Exclusion of Liability / Damages: The following is without prejudice to any right you may have at law which cannot be legally restricted or excluded. You acknowledge that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has been given to you by SportsToday or any related company. You have relied upon your own skill and judgement in deciding to acquire and use the software and except as provided for in this agreement SportsToday, and its associate companies, cannot be held liable for any loss or interruption of service or other consequential loss arising from the use of this software and the associated web site.

10. This agreement is governed by the laws of England.
